Shipping and return policies for armchair oracles

Shipping Info

Items will ship from Norway within 3 working days.

You will receive an email with the date of postage from Norway. This just helps give you an idea of when you can expect delivery and gives us the date for the 30 day window for returns.

We use the Royal Norwegian Postal Service.

Delivery times (estimated):

Norway - 2 to 4 working days.

Europe - 3 to 8 working days. (Priority Airmail)

Rest of The World - 5 to 12 working days. (Priority Airmail)

International buyers:
Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any additional customs charges that may arise in your country.

CD's and Tees will be sent in padded envelopes.
Vinyls will be sent in high quality, corrugated cardboard LP-mailers from Defendapack.

We won't be shipping during major holidays, Easter/Christmas etc., so please take that into consideration with regards to delivery times if ordering in and around festive periods.

Return Policy

Exchange only return policy.

We really appreciate your custom and will do everything we can to make sure the item(s) arrive safely.

However, mysterious things can happen to packages in postal systems. These include; being dropped on the floor from a great height, driven over by a forklift truck, or being chewed on by the Postage Pixies.

Should any of these unfortunate circumstances arise during the transport of your item(s), please follow these few simple steps:

Step 1 - take a couple of photos of the item, including the packaging in the condition it was delivered. This is just for us to see what's happened and where we might be able to improve distribution for yourself and future customers.

Step 2 - add the photos to an email explaining the situation and that you'll be sending it back to us in exchange for a like product. Please include the address you'd like the replacement item to be sent.

Step 3 - Return the item to us in it's original packaging (if still usable), within 30 days of the item being sent. You are responsible for the cost of the postage for the return package.

Step 4 - Put the kettle on and get the biscuits out. After receiving the return item within the 30 day window, we'll send you a new one free of charge!
